Updates

All files opens at once, and Uniport opens offline

All files now shows your files the moment it opens, however many you have, and Uniport opens on this device without a connection.

  • Without a connection, Uniport’s pages still open, and All files shows the files this device last saw.
  • A change you make just before leaving or reloading a file is now always saved, also in end-to-end encrypted files.
  • Calendar shows unpaid invoices on their due dates, with overdue ones marked. Payments in My calendars shows or hides them.
  • Shops: Settings is in a clearer order, discounts are in one place and Wholesale only is under Resellers.
  • Shops: a shop that offers pickup says where and when to collect.
  • Shops: Copy customer link is the one copy button, and a shop that isn’t taking orders has Take orders on its banner.
  • Shops: cash orders go Ready, then Paid when collected, and reseller links say whose price it is and when the reseller pays.
Every app in one place

Press ⌘K, or Apps beside Search, to see every Uniport app with its own icon, your recent files, and one search for apps, files, people and actions.

  • Apps are grouped as Create, Communicate, Business and Organise; type to narrow them and your files together, then press Enter.
  • In Calendar, the days, the all-day row and the current time now line up, overlapping events stay readable, and clicking an event shows its details first.
  • My calendars in Calendar shows or hides events, bookings and tasks.
  • Starred in the sidebar folds, shows your first five with Show all, and can be reordered by dragging; Unstar has Undo.
  • A folded Quick note now waits in the sidebar instead of over the page.

My tasks is now Tasks

The place in the sidebar that gathers everything assigned to you is now called Tasks.

Steadier between pages and on phones

The sidebar now stays in place as you move between Mail, Calendar, Tasks and the rest, and typing on a phone no longer fights the screen.

  • The sidebar keeps where you scrolled to when you open another page.
  • On iPhone and iPad, tapping a field no longer zooms the page in.
  • On Android, the page makes room for the keyboard, so the field you type in stays in view.
  • An open file checks for other people’s changes less often while nobody is editing, and not at all while its tab is in the background, which saves battery.

Suppliers who get orders on Signal

Keep your distributors and dropshippers in one list, and send each order to them in one tap, on Signal, WhatsApp or email.

  • Settings › Suppliers: add a supplier with a name and a phone, link or email, then pick them under Supplied by on any product, or for many products at once.
  • Send to on a paid order sends the supplier only what they ship: items, codes and the address. Never prices or the customer’s contact.
  • The supplier opens the order from a private link, no account needed, and marks it shipped with tracking. It lands on your order and your customer’s.
  • Invite a reseller from Share. Resellers hear when their order ships, needs a check or has a payment link.
Your Signal stays yours

Moving a Signal to another account, or adding a second Signal to yours, now needs a yes from you.

  • If a Connect code would move your Signal to another account, Uni asks you first: reply MOVE and the code to move it, or ignore it to stay.
  • A new Signal waits until you let it in: Connect in Settings › Signal, or reply ALLOW and the code from the Signal you already have.
  • The Connected line now names your account.
Unlock once, stay unlocked

On your own device, Uniport now stays unlocked in every tab and after a restart, until you sign out.

  • Want it to lock when you step away? Settings › Security › Lock after inactivity, then choose a 4-digit PIN. Face ID or your passkey unlocks too.
  • While locked, your key is sealed with your PIN on this device. Five wrong tries and only your password opens it.
  • Lockdown still asks in every tab.
Every page fills the screen the same way

Lists, boards, calendars, documents and settings now line up and use your screen the same way everywhere.

  • Lists and tables fill the screen up to a comfortable width; boards, Calendar, Mail and sheets go edge to edge.
  • Documents show as a real page, A4 or Letter for where you are. Notes read in a comfortable column, with Full width in View.
  • Settings sit at the same left edge as everything else.
Everything about you under your name

Your name at the foot of the sidebar now opens one menu: Settings, the guide, Updates, keyboard shortcuts, API docs and privacy.

  • A dot on your picture means there is something new in Updates.
  • Quick note is the first choice under New, and ⌘J (Ctrl+J) still opens it from any page.
Lighter Uni and Calendar

Uni opens with about a quarter less to load, and Calendar with a fifth less.

  • Spreadsheet maths loads only when Uni restores a sheet.
  • Background work, from payment checks to reminders, now runs from one place on one schedule.
Settings that follow you, bookings that hold

Your appearance and Uni choices now travel with your account to every device, and calendar bookings finish what they start.

  • Appearance and Uni’s permissions are kept in their own encrypted records, apart from your chats.
  • A booked meeting you delete offline, or just before closing the tab, is still cancelled for your guest.
  • A new booking page is saved before it goes live, so it never goes missing from your calendar.
  • Excel workbooks with names Excel itself had already broken now import without a warning.
Big Excel and Word files open whole

Spreadsheets and documents of any everyday size now open in Uniport complete, and download back to Excel and Word intact.

  • Spreadsheets hold up to 100,000 rows and 702 columns (A to ZZ), and big workbooks import with every sheet, row and column.
  • Files up to 64 MB open, with progress shown while they load.
  • A spreadsheet you drop on All files shows a preview, and Open as a spreadsheet opens it in full.
  • Long Word documents with big tables open, and download back to Word as they were.
  • Edits in a large sheet recalculate only what they change, so typing stays quick.
Uni checks with you before writing elsewhere

After Uni reads something, it asks before changing a file someone else owns, publishing to your shop, inviting guests or mailing people outside your contacts.

  • The card shows exactly what goes where, with one button to go ahead and one to skip.
  • Your own files still change at once, with Undo.

Signal first for shops, your own country’s formats, and one Notifications page

Shops offer Signal first, Uniport follows your country for dates, phone numbers and money, and Settings › Notifications says what reaches you on Signal, Email and In app.

  • In a shop’s Settings, How customers reach you takes a phone number, email or username. A phone number is offered on Signal; tick WhatsApp, Telegram, Text, Call or Email to offer those too. A shop that already gave a WhatsApp number keeps it.
  • Settings › Notifications lists what you hear about (orders, payments, bookings, reminders, tasks) and where: Signal, Email or In app. Each switch applies at once, with Undo.
  • Quiet hours, amounts in previews and Send test are on the same page, and every notification email ends with Manage notifications.
  • Settings is grouped into Account, Preferences, Connections and Workspace. API keys is now AI apps & API.
  • Dates, times, phone examples, addresses, paper size and currency follow your country. Pick another in Settings › Language & region.
Simpler tasks, with the board one click away

Tasks are quicker to write and edit, and My tasks now has List, Board and Calendar at the top.

  • Click a task’s title in the list and type: it changes right there.
  • Type in Add task and press Enter to add one after another without leaving the keyboard.
  • An open task shows its whole title, with status, due date, assignee and labels as buttons under it, notes below, and subtasks as a checklist.
  • My tasks has List, Board and Calendar at the top. Drag a card on the board to change its status, with Undo.
  • Your task lists sit under the heading with how many are open. On a phone, a task opens full screen.
  • A task list’s Calendar uses the whole width. “No date” shows only when a task has no date, and dragging a task to Remove date in the bar clears its date, with Undo.
A faster, safer Uni on Signal

Uni on Signal reacts at once, shows when it is working, and answers the everyday questions straight away, even with Uniport closed.

  • Ask “any orders today?”, “did K7Q-4MX pay?”, “who hasn’t paid?” or “next booking?” and the answer comes back at once.
  • Changes come with Reply undo. Emails and signing requests wait 20 seconds so you can reply undo or stop.
  • Anything with money, signing or sharing asks for a YES and a 4-digit code first.
  • Reply new to start a fresh chat. Uni remembers the conversation until you do.
One notice per order

Once Signal is connected, orders and payments reach you there and stop arriving by email too, unless you switch Email on in Settings › Notifications. If Signal can’t reach you, the email still comes.

Mail on your own domain

On Pro, send and receive mail as you@yourcompany.com in Uniport, sealed to your key like the rest of your mail.

  • Type your domain in Settings › Mail › Your domain. Uniport finds where your DNS is kept and shows the records to add, with a copy button on each and a link to that provider.
  • Each record ticks green as it is found. Once all four are in, add addresses on your domain in Settings › Mail.
  • Mail between your domain and Uniport addresses is end-to-end encrypted, like @uniport.sh.
Uni works across Uniport

Uni can find people, read your kept files and manage payment links and booking pages, and its changes reach every part of Uniport straight away.

  • Changes Uni makes to your calendar update reminders and booking-page times at once, even with Calendar closed.
  • Cancelling a booked meeting cancels the booking and frees the time, wherever you do it.
  • A signed contract’s PDF is kept in Files, so every device downloads the signed copy.
  • A reseller bill and its invoice share one Pay link, and paying it shows in both.
  • A change made while the connection drops keeps its card and Undo, and messages sent from two devices at once both stay in the chat.
Your plan in one place, and deleting an account in one step

Settings › Plan shows your plan, what you have used and your receipts, and Delete account now removes everything in one go.

  • See your plan, when it renews, and how much of Uni, AI-app sends and storage you have used.
  • Switch between monthly and yearly: you see what it costs before you confirm.
  • Cancel Pro in one press. It stays until the end of what you paid for, and Resume brings it back.
  • See the card on file and download your receipts.
  • Delete account removes your files, shops, payments page and plan, then the account, after one confirmation. If you close the tab midway, signing in finishes it.
Sharing that keeps your key yours

Sharing an encrypted file with someone never hands its key to Uniport, and revoking a link ends it at once.

  • Add people on an encrypted file sends it inside Uniport to Uniport addresses, and opens your own email app, already written, for anyone else.
  • Revoke ends a link the moment you press it. Undo brings the same link back.
  • Send by email on an encrypted invoice or contract seals the whole email for Uniport addresses; others get the PDF, and Copy link is there for the online copy.
  • Invoices emailed through Uniport carry a Pay button and QR code that open the payment page without the link’s private details.
Steadier Mail

Sending again after a dropped connection never mails anyone twice, and every message in your mailbox can be opened, moved or deleted.

  • If a send is interrupted, trying again finishes it without sending a second copy.
  • A message that can’t be opened shows why, with Spam and Delete.
  • When your inbox turns mail away for the day, you get one notice.
  • Restore puts a deleted message back in the folder it came from.
A new uniport.sh

The homepage shows everything Uniport does in one window, and each product has its own page.

  • Products in the top bar opens every part of Uniport, each with its own page.
  • The homepage window switches between the apps, and “What our servers see” shows what we can read: scrambled text.
  • Security has its own page, with checks anyone can run.
A note that floats, star anything, and jump back in

Keep a note open while you work anywhere in Uniport, star the places you use most, and get back to what you opened last in two keys.

  • Press ⌘J (Ctrl+J) for Quick notes: a note that stays open as you move between pages. Drag it, snap it to the edge, or tuck it away with Esc.
  • Any note can float: choose Float on the note. Only notes float.
  • Star folders, shops, people, Payments and Mail folders as well as files, and drag Starred into your own order.
  • ⌘K with nothing typed lists what you opened last, and All files has a Jump back in row.
  • The sidebar scrolls on its own while New, Search and your account stay in place.
Block senders, and Uni in Mail

Block a sender or a whole domain in one click, see when a Uniport contact’s key changes, and ask Uni to sum up your inbox, find a message or draft a reply.

  • Click a sender’s name for Block sender or Block domain, with Undo. Their mail stops arriving, and Settings › Mail lists who you block with Unblock.
  • Each address has its own key. When a Uniport contact’s key changes, Send waits for Send anyway or Cancel, and their mail shows the change. Compare Safety codes from the sender’s name.
  • Addresses are letters, digits and single hyphens, and none can pass for another: uni.port and un1port can’t pose as uniport. Addresses with a dot now use a hyphen, and plus addresses aren’t taken.
  • Ask Uni to sum up your inbox, find a message, or draft a reply or a forward. It sends only when you ask, with 5 seconds to Undo.
  • Ask Uni on an open message starts with that message, and Uni can block a sender or keep attachments in Files.
Steadier calendar, shops and files

A round of fixes found by reading Uniport’s code end to end.

  • Move or delete a booked meeting and the person who booked it is told, and the booking follows the change.
  • Every part of Calendar shows times in the time zone set in Settings › Language & region.
  • Pay-in-person orders keep the stock they reserved until you mark them paid or cancel them.
  • Changing a shop’s password no longer drops a customer’s order that is waiting for payment.
  • When a file can’t load, Uniport says what went wrong instead of saying you’re offline.
Steadier spreadsheets

Spreadsheets open in place, and the row of people in a shared sheet no longer pushes the cells down.

No password on every new tab, and sharing with people

Uniport opens unlocked in a new tab, can unlock with Face ID, keeps the files you drop where you drop them, and shares a file by email.

  • Open Uniport in another tab and it is already unlocked. Sign out in one tab and every tab locks.
  • After you sign up or sign in, Uniport offers to unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or a passkey next time.
  • Files you drop or upload on All files or in a folder stay there, with Undo. Open one to turn it into a document, send it for signing or file it with Uni.
  • Share opens Add people: type an address, choose Can view or Can edit, and Send. Copy link is one click away.
Uniport answers every click

Lists, buttons and editors now react the way Google Drive and Docs do: right-click menus, arrow keys, and a visible press on everything you can click.

  • Right-click a file, folder, person, shop, payment, task or event for its menu: open, open in a new tab, share, move, rename, delete with Undo.
  • Make a folder from Move to › New folder, and rename a folder by clicking its name.
  • Arrow keys move between rows, Enter opens, and Delete moves a file to Trash with Undo.
  • Open a file in Trash to restore it. Search and ⌘K work on every page.
  • ⌘S in a document, note, sheet, invoice or contract shows Saved instead of the browser’s save box.
  • Documents and invoices no longer jump as they load, and buttons show when they are pressed.
Turn off AI, or lock everything down

Settings › Privacy can now turn off Uni and AI for your account, and Pro adds Lockdown: one switch that closes every way your data could leave Uniport.

  • Turn off Uni and AI: Uni and every AI feature disappear, and nothing in your account can reach an AI model.
  • Lockdown, on Pro: AI is off, AI apps and API keys stop working, notices leave out amounts and titles, every new file is end-to-end encrypted, and Mail stays inside Uniport with images from outside blocked.
  • Lockdown asks once, shows a badge while it is on, and turns off with one click.
Uniport Mail and secure messages

Claim your own @uniport.sh address and read, write, reply and forward email in Uniport, and send anyone a sealed message with files that only they can open.

  • Claim your address in Settings › Mail, add aliases, and open Mail in the sidebar. Mail that arrives is sealed to your key straight away.
  • Write, reply and forward with Cc, Bcc, attachments and formatting. Send waits 5 seconds with Undo, and drafts save as you type.
  • Mail between Uniport addresses is end-to-end encrypted and shows a lock. Sending to outside addresses is on Pro.
  • New › Secure message sends a note and up to 5 files behind a link and a passphrase. The other person can reply securely, and you can revoke the link any time.
Uni knows Uniport, and gets to know you

Ask Uni how to do anything in Uniport and it answers in a few steps with a link, tell it about your work and it suggests where to start, and tell it when something is broken and it reaches our team.

  • Ask “how do I share a file?” or “where are my invoices?” and Uni answers in one to three steps, ending with a link to the right place.
  • Tell Uni who you are and what you need, in one paragraph. It remembers it and offers a few next steps as buttons.
  • What Uni knows about you is sealed with your key like your files. See it, change it or clear it at Uni › About you, with Undo.
  • Ask Uni to switch to dark or light mode and it does, with Undo.
  • Tell Uni something doesn’t work and it sends a problem report to the Uniport team. Undo takes it back.
Uni keeps your files and makes cleaner spreadsheets

A file you attach for Uni stays with your message until it is sent, spreadsheets Uni makes are ready to use, and its replies after making a file are a sentence or two.

  • A message never goes without its files. If a file can’t be read, Uni says so on the file and waits until you retry it or remove it.
  • What you type and attach stays in the box when you start a new chat, leave Uni, lock your account or reload the page.
  • Retry and Edit send a message’s files again, after a reload too, and Uni can open a file from earlier in the chat when you ask a follow-up about it.
  • Ask Uni to “analyse this” with nothing attached and the box tells you before anything is sent. Uni also asks for the file instead of looking through your other files.
  • Spreadsheets Uni makes have one table on each tab, a bold header that stays in view with a filter, plain values with no Markdown, amounts in your currency and real dates, also from a full bank export.
  • After Uni makes or changes a file, it answers in a sentence or two with the figure you asked for, and the file’s card opens the detail.

Task lists and My tasks

Keep a project’s to-dos in an encrypted task list, assign them, and see what’s yours and what’s due in My tasks and in Calendar.

  • New › Task list opens a list at once. Type a task and press Enter to add it. End the line with a day (“Call Ana tomorrow”) and it gets that due date; paste several lines to add them all.
  • Three views of the same tasks, one click apart: List (drag to reorder, drag to the right to make a subtask), Board (drag cards between To do, Doing and Done, and add your own statuses) and Calendar (tasks on their due days; drag one to another day).
  • Open a task to set its due date and reminder, assign it, and add labels, notes, subtasks, comments and links to files and events.
  • Share the list with an edit link. Everyone who opens it signed in appears under People with access, and assigning one of them a task sends them a short email. The task’s words are never in the email.
  • My tasks, in the left navigation, shows what’s assigned to you or due across all your lists: Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later. Tick a task there to finish it, or type one to add it.
  • Tasks with a due date show on their days in Calendar, where you choose which lists show, and email you a reminder at 9:00 on the day. Change the reminder or turn it off on the task.
  • Ask Uni: in a note, Make a task list turns its action items into a list, with due dates read from the text. In a list, ask Uni to add, move, assign, complete or delete tasks. On Uni’s page, ask “What’s overdue?” or say “add task call Ana Friday”.
  • With Signal connected, Uni tells you there when a task is assigned to you and when one is due. Settings › Signal has a Tasks switch.
  • Every step has Undo, and Version history and Download (CSV or Markdown) work as in other files.
  • Programs and AI apps can make and work on task lists with the agent library and the Uniport extension. The Developers page has the details.
Uni is on Signal

Connect Signal in Settings: Uni sends the notices you choose and runs what you ask on your phone with Face ID.

  • Open Settings › Signal and tap Connect: your code is copied and Uni’s chat opens, so you paste and send. On a computer, scan the code with your phone. Your phone number is never stored.
  • Uni sends the notices you choose: new orders, payments, bookings and reminders, one line each, quiet at night. Choose them in Settings › Signal, or reply “status”, “mute 2h” or “amounts on” in the chat. Signal notices are free on every plan.
  • A shop’s settings and a payments page each have a Signal switch, so you pick which shops and payments reach you.
  • Ask Uni on Signal: send Uni a request, a photo, a PDF or a voice note, tap the link, and it runs on your phone. Uni’s answer comes back in Signal.
  • Say “remind me at 15:00 call Ana” and Uni reminds you on Signal.
  • With Uniport open and unlocked in a browser tab, Uni answers your Signal questions right in Signal, with no link to tap, and keeps them in one chat you can continue in Uniport. Settings › Signal has the switch.
  • Unlock Uniport with Face ID: add a passkey in Settings › Security, then open your workspace and sign in without typing your password.
Free sends from ChatGPT and Claude, Uni works in the background, and a darker phone app

Every account can now connect ChatGPT or Claude and send 3 PDFs for signature a month, Uni keeps working when you leave its page, and the phone app stays dark from the moment it opens.

  • Ask Uni something, then go to your files or another tab: Uni carries on, a small notice tells you when it is done, and Open takes you to the answer.
  • Connect Uniport inside ChatGPT or Claude with one short form: name, email and password. Free accounts send 3 PDFs for signature a month from AI apps; Pro sends without limit.
  • A PDF you upload in ChatGPT goes straight out for signature. Status, reminders and the signed copy never count.
  • Past the 3, your request is kept as a draft and Uniport emails you how to send it.
  • People you ask to sign from ChatGPT or Claude get an email from you via Uniport, and replies come to you. When everyone has signed, you each get the signed copy.
  • On Android, the installed app opens on a dark screen with a dark bar at the bottom, and its home screen icon fills its shape.
  • In Dark on a phone, a Document’s page is dark too, and the tab that waits while a copy or a PDF is made is no longer white.
Tidier password boxes, and eUSD payments

Every password box now lines up and has a Show button, and you can be paid in eUSD on MobileCoin.

  • Unlocking your account on Calendar, Uni, Move in and in Settings fits on one line, and stacks neatly on a phone.
  • Show is in every password box, shop passwords included, and no longer covers what you type on a phone.
  • Add your MobileCoin address and view key in Payments to take eUSD wherever you take stablecoins.
Terms, Support, and Uniport ready for AI app stores

Uniport now has Terms of use and a Support form, and AI apps like ChatGPT and Claude connect to it more smoothly.

  • Ask for help at Support, linked at the foot of every page. Add an email address if you want a reply.
  • Read the Terms of use beside Privacy. Privacy now also says who runs Uniport and what a connected AI app receives: never your email.
  • ChatGPT and Claude show Uniport with its logo, and ask before Uniport sends, reminds or cancels anything.
See which files are encrypted and which Uni has read

In All files, a small lock after a file’s name means it is end-to-end encrypted, and Uni’s face beside it means Uni has read it.

  • Point at the lock or Uni’s face for one line about it, like “Read by Uni on 10 Oct 2026, 18:01.” On a phone, tap Uni’s face; with a keyboard, press Enter on it.
  • A file counts as read when its content went to Uni: asking Uni in the file, or Uni reading or changing it from another page. Finding a file by its name doesn’t count.
  • Inside a file, the lock next to Share shows the same line, and says what Uni read is no longer end-to-end encrypted.
Dark theme and AI apps: fixes you’ll notice

Dark is easier to read in lists, dropdowns and documents, and Uniport on your computer keeps an AI app to the folders you work in.

  • In Dark, the grey text on a selected row is easier to read, and every dropdown shows its arrow, on a shop page with its own look too.
  • Coloured text in a Document or a Note stays readable in Dark on a highlight, on a find match and in a shaded paragraph.
  • Pictures in a dark Note or a pageless Document sit on white, so signatures, logos and black line drawings show.
  • A Note printed from a phone or tablet in Dark prints its checklist boxes light.
  • In Safari 17 and Firefox 120 to 132, a pageless Document keeps a white sheet in Dark, and its caret, selection and find matches are drawn for that sheet.
  • In All files, a starred file’s star stays easy to see when you point at it.
  • Claude Code connects to uniport.sh/mcp with a sign-in: add it, run /mcp and sign in to Uniport. It needs an API key only on a machine without a browser.
  • With the Uniport extension, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, an AI app saves what it exports only in the folder you work in, Downloads, Documents or Desktop, and takes photos, logos and PDFs only from the folder you work in (Downloads when that is your home folder). llms.txt says how to name other folders.
  • Edits a connected app makes to a document show in its activity as the app’s name with “via MCP”, like “Claude via MCP”.
  • A connected app no longer has to sign in again because other apps were busy at the same moment.
  • On the Developers page, a download that fails stops the setup with an error, and Cursor’s setup has its download step.
Move your files in, People, and Uni files what you drop

Bring a whole folder or a Google Takeout zip into Uniport, see everything you have with a client on one page, and drop a bill or an offer for Uni to file.

  • Drop a folder, a zip or several files on All files and Uniport moves them in with their folders. Word and text files become Documents, CSV and Excel files become Spreadsheets, and everything else is kept as a file, encrypted on your device. You see how far it has got, Continue picks up where a stopped move left off, and the end says what moved and what was skipped and why.
  • Any file can live in Uniport now, up to 2 GB each: PDFs, photos, zips. All files shows your folders, each file has a page to preview and download it, and files move between folders by dragging or with Move to…, with Undo.
  • People is in the sidebar: one page for each client or supplier with their invoices, contracts, signing requests, orders, bookings, notes and files, and your own tags. It is put together on your device from your own files.
  • Track a deal on a person: stage, value, next step and date. When it’s Won, Make invoice or Make contract opens the file filled in.
  • Drop a PDF, a photo or a WhatsApp chat export on All files and Uni files it: a supplier’s bill becomes a Bill, an offer a deal on its sender, a contract is kept ready to send for signing, a business card becomes a person and a chat a note. One card shows what it made, with Open and Undo, and the file you dropped is kept.
  • New › From template… › Deals gives you a sheet for a list of deals, and Uni can fill it: “add a deal: Acme, £4,000, talking, call Friday”.
  • Two guides: Use Uniport with Claude or ChatGPT, linked from Settings › API keys, and Moving to Uniport, linked from the Move in page.
  • In a shop’s Settings, People is now called Managers, so it isn’t mixed up with the new People page. It works as before.
Dark theme

Choose System, Light or Dark in Settings › Appearance. It follows you to every device, and invoices, contracts and document pages stay white, as they print.

  • Pages open in your theme with no flash, a change shows at once in every open tab, and Uniport never learns which one you picked.
  • Documents, Notes and Sheets go dark around the page: menus, toolbars, comments, dialogs and side panels. Text colours and highlights in a Note stay readable, and cells you colour keep readable text.
  • Printing and downloads are the same in Light and Dark: PDFs and Word files come out exactly as before.
  • Calendar, Uni, Payments, payment links, Settings, All files, Trash and shared links follow your theme, and so do the homepage, Why, Pricing, Developers, Updates and Privacy.
  • Where you run a shop follows your theme too: products, orders, customers and settings. The shop your customers see keeps the look you chose for it, and pay, booking and RSVP pages follow the visitor’s device.
  • Field edges and example text in fields are easier to read in both themes.
Use Uniport from Claude and ChatGPT

Connect Uniport to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps, and let your programs send invitations, publish booking pages, send PDFs for signature and join a supplier with your API key.

  • Add Uniport as a connector in claude.ai or ChatGPT at uniport.sh/mcp. Sign in once and allow the app: it can send PDFs for signature and follow them, write and edit your standard documents, and draft invoice and contract details. Your encrypted files stay closed to it.
  • Install the Uniport extension in Claude Desktop, or add Uniport to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and work on your encrypted documents, notes, sheets, invoices, contracts, shops, payments, calendar and signatures. Your links and keys stay on your computer.
  • Settings › API keys lists the apps you connected, each with Disconnect.
  • Programs can send a PDF for signature, see who has signed, send reminders, cancel and fetch the signed PDF. Each request shows up in your Signatures.
  • They can email calendar invitations and read the replies, make booking pages and bring bookings into your calendar, and turn the subscribe link on or off. Choose Copy owner link in Calendar’s settings once to switch this on.
  • A shop can join a supplier, list its suppliers and leave one from a program.
  • Setup for each app is on the Developers page.

Suppliers and resellers settle up in Uniport

Resellers now see what they owe each supplier and the bill, can pay before shipping by bank transfer, and postage can be part of the terms.

  • Suppliers who take bank transfer can be paid before shipping with no extra setup. When the reseller says a transfer is on its way, the order reads “Transfer on its way” with Mark received. If items run short after the link was sent, the link is remade for what you can ship.
  • Reseller terms can include postage per order. It’s added to each order’s total, to what the reseller owes and to the bill as its own Postage line, and the reseller sees it with the terms.
  • In Settings › Suppliers, resellers see each supplier’s terms, “Terms changed 8 Oct: 25% off (was 30%)” when they change, what they owe with Pay, and the bill. A supplier you stop selling for stays listed as Left until you’ve paid.
  • Shared links says, for every link, what kind it is, when it was made and whether it expires: “Customer link · 8 Oct · No expiry”, “Payment link · £16.80 · Open”.
  • A new spreadsheet takes its name from the first thing you type in it. A name you type yourself always stays.
  • When some calendar invitations can’t be delivered, Uniport tells you which guests to retry and which addresses don’t take email.

Shops ready for real use

Stock held for unpaid orders is counted right and always comes back, suppliers and resellers stay in step, customers keep their orders when a link ends, and every link in Uniport works the same way.

  • Products shows what unpaid and unshipped orders hold (“1 · 1 held”), and a stock count you type is what’s on the shelf, so held items are never counted twice. Uni and the agent count the same way, and the order card says “Items held until”.
  • An unpaid transfer or pickup order you have seen keeps its items until you act. Orders nobody looks at give them back after 3 days, and a payment that arrives late says if an item sold to someone else meanwhile.
  • Cancel after Shipped or Done no longer puts items back on sale, and deleting orders updates the counts at once.
  • A revoked or expired payment link offers Make new payment link, ready to send by Email or WhatsApp. Revoking a customer link says how many customers with open orders it leaves without theirs.
  • Download orders (CSV) in ⋯ gives every order, with fees, from a shop’s first order.
  • Suppliers: a reseller’s order is emailed to you when it’s yours to ship, Can’t ship and Put back in stock come with Undo, Bill keeps Owed until Mark paid, and Delete shop warns of orders you haven’t shipped. Bills use the prices of the day the customer ordered.
  • Resellers: products follow your supplier on every device (sold out, hidden, back again), a cost above your price is flagged “Below cost”, and a supplier on holiday shows “isn’t taking orders”. A shipped part you cancel stays on your bill, and orders say when a supplier can’t ship, closed its shop or was left.
  • A shop made from a reseller link is set up for your supplier’s products, in its currency, and asks how your customers pay before delivery.
  • Customers: free delivery and percent fees count after discounts, the pay page lists every line of the total, + says “Only 1 left”, Done says until when items are held, and Order again repeats an earlier order. When a link ends, saved orders still open and show their latest status; a shop that closed says so.
  • When an order paid late is short of a supplier’s stock, the supplier’s card says “2 short” and bills only what it can send, and the reseller is told to refund or cancel. A reseller’s order whose items went back on sale reads “Not held any more”.
  • An order can’t be paid once its supplier link ends: the customer reads “This order can’t be filled”. Revoked resellers stay in Resellers while an order or money is open, with Rename in ⋯ and Undo on Terms saved.
  • Ask Uni which resellers’ orders are waiting to ship, and have it mark them shipped with tracking.
  • Pop-up stalls and shared Wi-Fi can take many pickup orders at once.
  • Every link in Uniport works the same way: Copy link and a ⋯ menu to Rename, Change… or Revoke, with Revoke at once and Undo. Settings › Shared links lists every kind: files, customer and reseller links, payment links, the calendar’s subscribe link and booking pages, and signing requests.
  • Settings save as you go, with Undo. Shops that sell to resellers only are locked on the server, and customers never see a reseller’s supplier.
Uni works with your shops and signatures

On the Uni page, ask about a shop, change it or open a new one, join a supplier, and send files for signature, without opening anything first.

  • Ask what’s in a shop or how its orders are going. Have Uni add products, change prices, stock and settings, or open a new shop with products, cash on pickup and a customer link. Each change has Undo on its card.
  • Paste a supplier’s reseller link and say which products and what markup: Uni joins and adds them to your shop. It can also show cost, margin and the supplier’s stock, change those prices, and stop selling them.
  • Ask Uni to send a PDF you attach, an invoice or a contract for signature. It places a signature and date for each signer and emails them their link. It can tell you who hasn’t signed, remind them or revoke the request, and hand you the signed PDF. Undo revokes it.
  • Uni can tell you whether a payment link has been paid, and when.
  • The assistant in a shop’s manager now applies changes the same way: prices, products, stock and settings change at once, with Undo.

Shops: stock, options, shipping and resellers

Shops can now count stock, offer choices like size and colour, ship by country with tracking, and sell through resellers who ship from your stock. Each one is off until you turn it on.

  • Turn on Track stock in Settings and type each product’s count. Orders take items as they’re placed, unpaid orders give them back when payment lapses, and Cancel puts them back. Keep selling when out of stock is a switch, for the whole shop or one product.
  • Customers see Sold out, and “Only 2 left” if you want it. They can’t add more than you have. Next to Products, “· 2 low” shows what to restock.
  • In a product, Add options lets you type choices such as S, M, L and a second option such as Colour. Each choice can have its own price, code (SKU), stock or Sold out. Customers tap a chip, and the price follows.
  • Delivery can ask for a full address, and a phone only if you want one. Prices can differ by country, and you choose where you ship.
  • Mark an order Shipped with the carrier and tracking number. Your customer sees Shipped with a Track link.
  • Suppliers: turn on Resellers and send each reseller a link with their price level and how they pay you, before shipping or later on a bill. Resellers pick which of your products to sell and set their own prices. Their customers’ paid orders come to you with the address, and the packing slip carries the reseller’s name.
  • A product can name an outside supplier with your cost, so you see the margin, and each order has Copy order for supplier.
  • Shops hold up to 300 products, and Uni can set stock, add options, set delivery by country, mark orders shipped and make reseller links.
See at a glance who a file is shared with

In your file lists, a file you own that has links shows who they’re for, like “Anna, Ben”. Tap the names to rename or revoke its links.

  • Each file shows the time to the minute: 14:32 today, Yesterday 09:10, then 5 Oct, 14:32.
Uni acts on simple changes sooner

A simple change where you give every detail, such as renaming a file to a name you choose, goes through Uni with less thinking first, so it’s done sooner.

  • Ask Uni from Calendar sends your request as Uni opens, so you don’t press Enter twice.
  • A chat you rename or pin keeps its new name and place even if you reload straight away.
  • Turning off Uni’s access to your encrypted files in Settings › Privacy now applies on all your devices at once.
  • Press Backspace or Delete on a selected attachment to remove it. Long file names end in an ellipsis, and a change card shows the event’s full time.
Calendar fixes you’ll notice

Calendar keeps your place and your keyboard where you left them.

  • In Agenda, scroll up from the top to reach earlier days and events earlier in the week.
  • Closing an event with Esc or × puts the keyboard back on that event, so arrows, Delete and ⌘D (Ctrl+D) keep working.
  • New event and C add the event on the week or month you’re looking at, not on today when today is off screen.
  • Importing the same .ics file again says “Nothing new to import” instead of counting every event as updated.
  • A paid Book a time page shows the price once, and Add from Uniport on an event lists your files only.
  • Booking with an email address that can’t receive email says so on the details step, and invite guests at such an address are listed as not reached.
Calendar reads times as you type them

Type “Flight to Lisbon 14 October at 7:40” and the event starts at 7:40 in the morning, as written.

  • “At 7 in the morning” and “at 7:30 in the evening” land where you mean, and a range like 2-3:30 ends the same afternoon.
  • Type a request such as “Cancel all my meetings tomorrow” or “What’s on Friday?” and Enter hands it to Uni. Shift+Enter still saves it as an event.
  • Send by email tells you when an address can’t receive email, instead of sending to it again.

Calendar, and Uni gets its own page

Plan your time in Calendar and talk to Uni, Uniport’s assistant, in a page of its own.

  • Calendar shows your day, week or month, and an agenda on your phone. Click, drag or type “Lunch with Anna Friday 1pm” to add an event.
  • Invite anyone by email. Guests answer Yes, Maybe or No with one click, without an account, and get updates when you move the event.
  • Share a Book a time link with your hours, lengths and breaks. On Pro, charge for a slot: the booking confirms once it’s paid.
  • Attach documents, invoices or contracts to an event, get email reminders, and import or export .ics files or subscribe from another calendar app.
  • Your calendar is end-to-end encrypted: titles, times, places and guests are sealed, and only you hold the key.
  • Uni has its own page with chats that follow you to every device. Add up to 10 photos, files, videos, links or Uniport files to a message.
  • Uni can find, read, create and change your documents, notes, spreadsheets, invoices, contracts and events, and every change has Undo. Each message to Uni counts as one request.
Typing on a phone

On a phone or tablet, the keyboard now opens where you tap to type, the first time, and fields no longer zoom the page on iPhone or iPad, upright or on its side.

  • Spreadsheets: tap a selected cell to type in it. Find and Insert function keep the keyboard up, and a double tap opens a cell even after you’ve zoomed the page.
  • Documents and Notes: table cells, headers, footers, footnotes and new comments take the keyboard on the first tap, and the line you’re typing stays above it. Link and emoji boxes open where you can see them.
  • Invoices, quotes and contracts: tap words on the page to open their field with the keyboard up. Add item, Add discount, Download and Send for signing do the same for a field that needs you.
  • The keyboard also opens for the signing code, Search, the codes for payment and order emails, Rename, a new payment link’s amount, and a new manager’s name. Showing a password keeps the keyboard up.
PayPal and card, the way people know them

On a payment page, PayPal is PayPal’s own gold button, and Pay with card shows Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Shop checkout shows the same marks on its Card and PayPal choices, in light and dark shops.
  • Payments, invoices and shops show Card and PayPal with their marks, and a connected card account shows Powered by Stripe.
A tidier Uniport

Small fixes across the app: things line up, read on one line and are easier to tap.

  • Pricing’s Free and Pro cards line up row for row, and on screens 1100 to 1279 px wide the homepage shows its whole app window.
  • Spreadsheets use Uniport’s warm colours, and notices no longer cover the bar at the bottom of a document or spreadsheet.
  • On a phone, the Shops list shows each shop’s full name, “Moved to Trash” reads on one line, and menus and buttons are 44 px to tap.
  • Preparing a signing request lists every field you place, and Mac shortcuts read the same in every editor, such as ⌥⇧⌘H for version history.
Payment links you sent follow your changes

Change your wallet or bank details in Payments and every open payment link already sent offers the new ones, with Undo. Payers are only ever asked for what is left.

  • A payment someone already sent to your previous wallet is still credited to its link.
  • Bank details you replaced or removed are never offered again. An older link whose details aren’t your current ones shows Check, with Keep and Update.
  • Turning a way to pay off removes it from open links; a link someone has started paying stays open.
Send invoices and contracts by email

Email an invoice, quote, credit note, purchase order, receipt, remittance advice or contract straight from Uniport, with the PDF attached and a link to view it online.

  • Send by email sits under the arrow on the top bar’s dark button, in File and in Search. The client’s address, the subject and a short message are filled in from the file, so sending is usually one click.
  • An invoice with a payment link gets a Pay button with the amount, before View invoice. A link that is already paid or canceled is left out.
  • The attached PDF is exactly the page you see. The link opens a view-only copy that stays up to date, and you can revoke it in Share.
  • Replies go to your account’s email address, which the email shows beside your business name.
  • The first time you send, Uniport emails you a code to confirm your address.
  • Sent invoices show “Sent” with the date in Details.
  • Send a contract to the other party for review. Send for signing still sends it for signing.
  • Sending email needs a Uniport account.
Trash

Deleting a file moves it to Trash, with Undo. Trash, in the sidebar and in Search, keeps deleted files for 30 days, each with Restore and Delete forever.

  • Links to a file in Trash stop working until it is restored, and its owner can restore it from the link itself.
  • Each file in Trash shows how many days it has left, and Empty Trash deletes them all for good.
  • The Invoices list shows each invoice’s client and total, and Paid or Overdue, as of when you last opened it.
Shops can have managers

In a shop’s Settings › People, add a manager with a one-time link, and remove them in two taps, with Undo. Managers run the shop with you: products, orders, links and photos.

  • To hand a shop to a client, choose Make owner. They take it with their own new keys, and your bank details and wallet come off the shop.
  • Someone who is removed or leaves can’t read the orders that arrive afterwards.
  • Customers only ever see payment details the owner set.
  • Once a shop holds 1,500 orders, the oldest finished ones move to an encrypted archive, which you can download from ⋯.
Shop logos, order progress and order emails

Add a logo in a shop’s Settings and customers see it beside the shop’s name. Customers follow their order as you mark it Paid, Ready and Done.

  • Turn on Email me new orders in Settings › Orders to get an email for each new order, with a button that opens your orders.
  • Customer links marks Main on the link that Copy customer link shares.
API keys for Pro

Create API keys in Settings › API keys so your own programs and AI agents can work with your documents, sheets, invoices and shops. Each key shows once, you see when it was last used, and Revoke stops it at once, with Undo.

  • Keys work while you’re on Pro.
  • Programs and agents now need a key: download uniport.mjs again and set UNIPORT_API_KEY. Uniport in your browser, and the links you share, need none.
Your signing requests on every device

Signed in, every signing request you send shows in Signatures on all your devices, sealed with your account key so only you can read the list. Signers agree to sign electronically with one tick.

  • Requests you sent before you had an account move into it when you sign up.
  • Delete a request on one device and it leaves the others.
  • Sign out everywhere and your requests leave those devices too.
  • The tick box links a short page on what signing electronically means, and a signature without it isn’t accepted.
Change your email, delete your account, and bring your files when you sign in

Signing in or creating an account now saves the files already opened in that browser to your account. Change your email in Settings › Profile, and delete your account in Settings › Security.

  • Changing your email makes a new recovery key for the new address, and Files reminds you until you save it.
  • Delete account deletes your sign-in, sessions, saved file list and the files you own. It waits until your shops and payments pages are deleted and a renewing Pro plan is canceled, and offers Try again for any file it couldn’t delete.
  • Search finds a file name typed with one slip, and Sign out is in Search too.
Credit notes from an invoice, and a page you can click

File › Create credit note turns an invoice into a credit note that names it, with its client and lines filled in. On an invoice’s or contract’s page, click a name, a price or a date to open its field.

  • Details shows deposits paid and the balance due, and marks a due date before the issue date.
  • Amounts in yen, won and dong have no decimals, and a number that can’t be read says why under its field.
  • Links in a downloaded PDF work, and an invoice with a payment link has one Pay online link.
  • A signed contract shows and downloads its signed copy, named “(signed)”, and keeps it in your browser after Sign deletes its files.
  • A contract with Months chosen waits for the number of months before Send for signing.
Version history for every file

Notes, spreadsheets, invoices and contracts now have Version history: restore any version in one click, with Undo, or open it as a copy. Name current version keeps the file as it is under a name, and encrypted files keep automatic versions as you work.

  • Restoring an invoice keeps its payment link and any deposits already paid.
  • Click a comment’s highlight to open it, and Resolve has Undo.
  • A file that can’t open says why, with one way forward. Offline, it opens by itself when you reconnect.
  • Someone with a view-only link sees Up to date while their copy follows yours, and Not up to date if it stops.
  • Web page and Markdown downloads include pictures, and Word and PDF downloads keep bold titles, link colours and table column widths.
Spreadsheets: tables row by row, your own currency, and .ods files

Type a table with Tab and Enter row by row, and amounts in pounds or euros add up. Dates open as dates and brackets close themselves.

  • Excel downloads open at the right widths and formats.
  • Drop an .ods file on Files, or use File › Import, and it opens as a spreadsheet.
  • The currency button uses your own currency, and frozen rows show a line.

Shops in light or dark

Shops now follow each customer’s light or dark setting. In a shop’s Settings, choose Appearance to show it in Light or Dark for everyone.

  • Every screen a customer sees follows: the shop, a product, the order, checkout, the order confirmation with its payment, the password screen and the page a card or PayPal payment returns to.
  • A customer link copied after you choose Light or Dark opens in it from the first moment.
  • Photos with a transparent background now sit on the shop’s colour instead of a white box.
  • The shop’s assistant can switch it too: ask it to make your shop dark.
Set up a shop on one card

Name your shop, list what you sell with photos and prices, choose how customers pay, and press Create shop. Your shop opens with its products in it and, once it has something to sell, its customer link already copied.

  • Leave anything blank: a shop with no name is called My shop, and a product missing its name or price waits in your shop until you add it.
  • Pick several photos at once and each goes on its own product. Paste a price list and every line becomes a product.
  • Cash on pickup is on from the start. Add a bank transfer or a USDC and USDT wallet right on the card, with the same fields as Payments. Card and PayPal show as Soon.
  • What you type stays if you reload the page or close the dialog, and a reload while your shop is being made finishes the same shop.
  • Copy customer link sits in your shop’s top bar and turns dark once customers have something to buy. On a phone it is Share. Naming, expiry and revoking are in ⋯ ▸ Customer links.
  • Products always ends with an empty row, so the next product is a name, a price and Enter. Closing Edit product saves your changes, with Undo.
  • Settings starts with Customers pay by. Each change saves at once, with Undo, and Show first sets the order customers see.
  • Bank numbers that can’t receive money are never saved, and ones that only look unusual are saved when you press again.
Manage and back up your shop

Nothing covers a new shop: it opens on Products, with what customers see beside it on a wide screen. Back up makes your 12 words when you press it, and the words now bring back where your shop gets paid.

  • Without an account, one line says only this device can manage your shop, with Back up. Dismiss it and it comes back once, at your first order. With an account the line never shows: your account keeps the shop.
  • Backup words you make from today bring back where your shop gets paid, so on a new device you can change its wallet and see its payments. The owner link manages the shop, never its payments.
  • While your shop is open in a tab, a wallet you change in Payments reaches it at once, so customers pay the new address.
  • Paid and Done marked on one device show on your other devices within a minute, without a reload.
  • Delete shop closes its orders’ open payment pages first, and accepts the shop’s name in any case, without accents or punctuation.
  • Once you sign in, the shop’s assistant suggests what comes next: your price list, then where customers pick up, then your orders. On a phone it opens from ⋯.
Type a quantity, keep your orders, and duplicate a shop

Customers type how many they want, and a shop’s page keeps their last ten orders with how to pay each. Sellers cancel or delete an order with Undo and hear of every new one, and Duplicate shop copies a shop in one press.

  • Tap the number between − and + on a product, on its page or in your order, and type the quantity, such as 24. The price follows as you type, and phones open the number keypad.
  • Each order stays on the shop’s page until you remove it, with Undo. Open it again for the bank details, or to pay: an order paid online says Pay now, Confirming or Paid. Your name, contact and delivery address are filled in from your last order.
  • Once a shop’s password lets you in, it lets you in again in that browser, even while someone on your network is guessing it. If a shop asks you to wait, it says for how long, and Send order by message comes first.
  • About lists every way the shop takes, in the seller’s order. Cash for pickup orders stays in the list when you choose delivery, greyed, and nothing is sent until you choose how to pay.
  • A shop link pasted in a chat shows a Shop on Uniport card with a picture, and sellers see Manage shop on their own customer page.
  • Cancel an order and keep it, or delete it, with Undo instead of a question. Either way an unpaid order’s payment page closes.
  • A new order shows wherever you are in your shop, in the tab’s title, and as a browser notification once you allow them.
  • An empty Orders asks for your WhatsApp number, and your customers’ receipts then open WhatsApp with “Hi, I placed order …” and their order number already written. Call, WhatsApp or email a customer from their order.
  • A paid order stays Paid when you change a price later, and keeps the names and prices your customer ordered. A refund, an overpayment, a payment that arrived without the order’s exact amount or a closed payment page shows on the order.
  • Duplicate shop is in a shop’s ⋯ and on its row in Shops. The copy has its own owner link and the same products, photos, categories, settings, discount codes, shop password, bank details and cash, with no orders. Online payments stay with the original: turn USDC and USDT on in the copy’s Settings. Undo removes the copy.
See what the assistant did in a file

In a document, note or spreadsheet, the assistant’s History now shows what it changed, who asked and when, to everyone who opens the file. Open a line to see the change, and with an editing link press Continue to follow up in a new chat of your own.

  • Requests that changed nothing, sent an email or made a link leave no line, and undone requests say Undone.
  • Your chats stay on your device. In an encrypted file the history is encrypted with the file, and a copy of the file starts with none.
A Document’s PDF matches its page

Download PDF and Send for signing print a Document exactly as you see it on the page, so the copy people sign is the page you checked.

  • A table without borders prints without borders, and lines between cells print as thin as on the page.
  • Signature lines made in Word show on the page and print: underlined tabs and spaces, dotted and lined tab leaders, and lines drawn as paragraph borders.
  • Dashed, dotted and thick table borders, cell shading, wide tables and rows that run onto the next page print as they show.
  • A table of contents prints its dots to the page numbers, and footers and the line above footnotes print where the page shows them.
A simpler top bar in every file

One dark button does the file’s main job in one click: Share on documents, notes and spreadsheets, Download PDF on invoices and quotes, and Send for signing on contracts, which then shows how many have signed. Its arrow holds Copy link, Copy editing link, Download PDF and Send for signing.

  • The bar stays quiet while saving goes well and says Offline or Couldn’t save only when something is wrong.
  • It shows only other people working in the file, not you.
  • The assistant’s icon moves while it works and shines once when it is done.
  • On a phone the bar keeps the title readable: the button shortens before the title does.
The assistant makes simple edits right away

Ask the assistant to fill in a party, a place or a date, or to set a format, and it makes the change in seconds. Drafting, reviews and anything that needs judgement still get its full reasoning.

  • In a signature table or a table of parties, it fills each line of a cell, such as Place and Date, and keeps the table’s borders, column widths and spacing.
  • It writes only the details you give about a party: no signatory, title or contact details that nobody gave.
  • Its list of changes counts the lines it changed in a table, so one signature table no longer reads as two.
A homepage that shows Uniport at work, with promises you can check

The first screen plays one small business’s day in Uniport: a catering contract written from one sentence, signed by the client, a shop order and the invoice paid. Press Write it, Sign it, Sell it or Get paid to see that step again. Each privacy promise now comes with a check you can run yourself, and a new Why Uniport page sets out the whole case.

  • What do you need done? starts five common jobs in one click, from getting an NDA signed to handing a file to your own AI.
  • Questions people ask first answers seven questions on one screen, including what you keep if you stop using Uniport.
  • The footer starts any kind of file and links Why Uniport, Pricing, Updates and Privacy. Privacy & sharing says what Uniport can’t do and the services it runs on, and uniport.sh/trust and /security lead there.
  • Uniport has its own icon on phones and in browsers, and you can add it to your home screen.
Uniport Pro: 300 assistant requests a month

Everything Uniport makes stays free, and a free account gets 20 assistant requests a month. Pro gives you 300, for $10 a month billed yearly or $12 monthly. Compare both on the new Pricing page, and see your plan in Settings › Plan.

  • Each message you send to the assistant is one request, however many changes it makes.
  • The assistant shows how many requests are left once 3 or fewer remain, and offers Pro when they run out.
  • Pay by card on Stripe; Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel from Manage subscription. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Pasted cells keep their order, and shared spreadsheets keep their colours

Paste a copied block of cells anywhere in a sheet and every cell lands where it was in the copy. Someone you share a spreadsheet with to view sees its fills, text colours and red negatives as you do.

Notes start with your text

A note’s page is now only your text: start typing and the first line names it. To give it another name, type it in the title at the top, as in documents and spreadsheets.

  • A name you type heads the note when you print or download it.
  • A note named by its first line prints that line once.
  • A name you type stays whole when someone else is typing in the file at the same moment.
  • On a phone the title gets more room while you type a name, and Share stays one tap away.
  • With a view-only link, tap or click a file’s name to read all of it and copy it.
Empty pages show where to drop a file

An empty Documents, Notes, Spreadsheets, Contracts or Invoices page shows a light drop area across the page. Drop a Word, spreadsheet, text or PDF file on it, or click it to choose one.

Get paid without leaving the invoice

An invoice or quote that has no way to get paid yet asks for one right in Details. Pick USDC and USDT and paste your wallet address, or pick Bank transfer and fill in your account, then press Request payment: the payment link is made in the same press.

  • An invoice that already lists your bank details says “Payable by bank transfer”, and one press makes its link.
  • Your wallet address shows in full under the field, so you can check its end before you save it.
  • A way you turned off in Payments shows where it pays, and the same press turns it back on.
  • A way you add in an invoice is saved in Payments, for every link you make.
  • Only an invoice’s owner sets up how it gets paid. If someone you shared it with made its payment link from their own Payments, Remove link takes it off, with Undo.
  • Ask the assistant for a payment link and it tells you what to add, in the invoice.
Advanced sort and Randomize keep your header row, and Sign returns after you delete a request

Advanced range sorting options and Randomize range leave a table’s header and Total row in place, from one cell or with the table selected. Delete a signing request that is still waiting, and its contract offers Sign again on the device you sent it from.

  • Advanced range sorting options starts with “Data has header row” ticked over a frozen row, a filter’s header or a bold row of labels, and lists your columns by name.
  • Randomize range shuffles the rows under the header. A Total row stays last and still adds them up.
  • With a title frozen above a table, sorting and Randomize keep the table’s own header row under it: a bold row of labels, or labels over numbers or dates.
  • On the device you sent it from, delete a request that not everyone has signed and its contract shows Sign again and sends the same PDF.
Search reads hyphens, and Signatures and shops use the same buttons and fields as the rest of Uniport

Type end-to-end, e-mail or sign-in, with hyphens or spaces, and Search finds it. Buttons, fields and choices in Signatures and on a shop’s page have the same size and shape as everywhere else.

  • Search treats a hyphen like a space: end-to-end finds Privacy, and sign-in finds a file named Sign in.
  • In Signatures, buttons and fields have the same rounded corners as the rest of Uniport.
  • On a shop’s page, the dark notification shows which button the keyboard is on, and choices like Chat link, Contact request and Off are round.
  • When you move with the keyboard, Shared links’ search, Activity under a signing request and each entry on Updates show the same focus ring as buttons.
  • On a phone, a Settings page shows its name once, in the bar at the top.
Notes and documents name themselves

A new note or document takes its first line as its name until you type one, so your files, Search, Starred and the browser tab show what each one holds.

  • A name you type stays. Clear it and the file takes its first line again.
  • A new file’s title starts empty, so you type a name without deleting “Untitled” first.
  • Everyone working on a file sees the same name as it changes.
Signing in fewer steps

Create links stays in view while you prepare a file, and the people you ask to sign find their name already typed as their signature.

  • A click puts a field on the signature line, centred where you clicked and clear of the words above it. Drag its corner to resize it, or move it with the arrow keys.
  • Each signer’s status shows once on a request, and updates by itself while you read it.
  • A cancelled request stays on its page, marked Cancelled, ready to delete.
  • Signers tick the box and press Agree & sign. Draw and Upload image are one click away.
Sorting keeps your header row, and sent contracts show who has signed

Sorting a table leaves its header and totals where they are, and a contract out for signature leads straight to its signing request.

  • Sort sheet A to Z or Z to A keeps a table’s header row on top: a frozen row, a filter’s header, or a row of labels that is bold or sits over numbers or dates. A Total row stays at the bottom, and Undo puts the rows back.
  • Sort range works from any single cell in a table.
  • On the device you sent it from, a contract out for signature shows how many people have signed in place of Sign. One click opens its signing request, where you copy a signer’s link.
  • After Prepare on Signatures, Back returns to Signatures.
A new homepage

The homepage shows what Uniport makes: write, sign, sell and get paid in one private app, shown in the app’s own screens.

Payment links in one step

Type an amount and what it’s for, press Create, and the link is copied. If you haven’t set up a way to get paid yet, add it on the spot: paste a wallet address or fill in your bank details.

  • Type the currency with the amount: $120, 120 usd, €50 or 1.240,50 €. Payments starts in the currency you used last, or your region’s.
  • When the price isn’t in US dollars, you see what the payer sends and the rate, like ≈ 1,392.46 USDC · 1 EUR = 1.1225 USD. Payers see the same rate on the pay page.
  • Your recent links come back in one click, and a link can be just an amount.
  • Each link shows only what’s new: Paid, Part paid, or a transfer on its way, with Mark received on its row.
  • Changes to how you get paid save at once, with Undo.
Settings has its own sidebar

Profile, Security, Shared links and Privacy are one click apart. Back to Uniport or Esc returns to All files.

  • Search finds Security when you type password, and Privacy when you type encrypt.
  • Old links to Links open Shared links.
  • Buttons, fields and menus share one set of sizes and corners across Uniport, so pages line up and are easier to tap.
A clearer Uniport

One sidebar puts every kind of file one click away, and each page starts with what you came for.

  • The sidebar lists each kind of file, Signatures, Shops and Payments, with your starred files below. Your name opens Settings, and ? holds Updates, keyboard shortcuts, API docs and Privacy & sharing.
  • One search finds files, pages and commands. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K) on any page, or ⌥/ (Alt+/) in a file.
  • All files shows more of your files at once, under picture tiles that start each kind of file in one click.
  • Documents, Notes, Spreadsheets, Contracts and Invoices each have their own page with a New button.
  • Profile has one name: the one people see in your files on every device.
  • Payments starts with your payment links, and a new link asks only the amount and what it’s for.
  • Shops starts with your shops, and a new shop asks only for its name.
  • Signatures shows how far each request has got, and people you ask to sign see only the document.
  • Shared links, in Settings, finds any link you shared in one search.
Pay with the wallet you choose

If you have more than one browser wallet, like MetaMask and Phantom, the pay page asks which one to use and remembers it next time.

  • One wallet: the button says Pay with MetaMask (or Phantom, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet), with its icon. Other wallet switches to another.
  • Before the wallet opens, the page checks the network and your balance, and tells you in one line if the wallet is short of USDC, USDT or the network fee.
  • Once you have sent, the button shows Sent and can’t be pressed again, so nobody pays twice.
The assistant can do far more, in every kind of file

Ask in your own words and the assistant makes the change, in spreadsheets, notes, documents, invoices, contracts and your shop. When something looks off, it makes the change and says so in a line under it.

  • Spreadsheets: charts, filters, sorting by several columns, removing duplicates, dropdowns, banded rows, borders, cell notes, and hiding or resizing rows and columns. Ask a question about the numbers and it works out the answer.
  • Notes and documents: make words bold or red everywhere, move sections, add footnotes, tables and a table of contents, and accept or reject suggestions. A document you are viewing switches to editing when you ask for a change.
  • Invoices and contracts: type amounts the way you write them, like £1,200.50, 1.200,50 or 5k. Turn a quote into an invoice, switch a contract to another version, change a contract you sent for signing, and see what you changed from the standard wording.
  • Getting paid: ask whether an invoice is paid, make its payment link to copy, ask for a deposit on a quote, mark a bank transfer received, and make the receipt with the amount, how it was paid and when. An invoice made from a quote takes off the deposit already paid. A change to the bank details on an invoice or quote waits for you, with the new details shown in full.
  • Your shop: say how you get paid, like a wallet address, “USDT on Tron”, your IBAN or cash on pickup, and in which order customers see the ways to pay. It also pauses orders, finds an order’s address and contact, says which orders are paid or awaiting a transfer, copies discount codes, makes customer links and handles contact requests. Changes to prices, payment and what customers see wait for you to apply them.
  • Any file: rename it, download or print it, or get a view link to copy.
  • Comments: the assistant reads, adds and resolves comments in spreadsheets, invoices, contracts and notes.
  • Forms take what you type: shop settings turn a phone number, email or @handle into your chat link, prices and fees take 1,200.50 or €7,50, and contract terms read “3 years” or “two weeks”.
Drop a file anywhere to open it

Drag a Word, Markdown, CSV, Excel or PDF file anywhere onto Your files and it opens as what it is.

  • Word, Markdown, text and web pages open as a Document.
  • CSV and Excel files open as a new spreadsheet named after the file.
  • A PDF opens ready to prepare for signing.
  • On a phone, your first files show without scrolling.
Start a signing request by dropping a file

Drop a PDF or Word file anywhere on Signatures, or anywhere on sign.uniport.sh, and it opens ready for you to place fields.

  • One Upload file button takes PDF or Word, and you can pick any recent document on Signatures to prepare it for signing.
  • Create links makes the request and its signing links in one click.
  • Request statuses update by themselves when you open Signatures.
  • Dropped the wrong file? Drop the right one before placing any fields and it takes its place.
Drop your signature image to sign

When you sign, drop a PNG, JPEG or WebP of your signature anywhere on the page to use it. Other files are turned down, and a signature you drew stays.

Share in one click

Share copies the file’s link at once. Your link is view only and stays the same each time you share. Options sets edit access, a name or an expiry.

New invoices start filled in

Invoice opens a new invoice straight away, numbered after your last one, with your details, payment details and usual due date, and the cursor in Bill to.

  • Only your own invoices count: editing an invoice someone shared with you never changes what yours start with.
  • Contract opens on the type you made last.
Import into a spreadsheet by dropping a file

Drop a CSV or Excel file anywhere on a spreadsheet to add it as a new sheet, with Undo and Options right there.

Fewer clicks in notes and documents

Notes and documents open where you start working, with the actions you use most one click away.

  • A new note opens ready to type.
  • Insert a picture in a Document in one click.
  • Star any file from beside its title, or from ⋯ on a phone.
Set up a shop faster

Adding products, photos and customer links takes fewer steps.

  • Drop photos on Products to add a product for each one.
  • Paste or drop a picture onto a product.
  • Delete a product at once, with Undo.
  • Create customer link copies a link in one click.
  • Making a shop while signed in skips the backup words step, since your account already keeps it.
Sign in and recover faster

The account screens open ready to type and keep what you already entered.

  • Sign in, Create account and Reset password open ready to type.
  • Reset password keeps the email you typed.
  • Downloading or copying your recovery key ticks “I saved my recovery key”.
Notices wait for you

A notice with Undo or Options stays while you point at it or reach it with the keyboard, and a new notice replaces the old one instead of covering it.

Get paid in stablecoins or by bank transfer

Set up Payments once, and your invoices, quotes, payment links and shops take USDC, USDT or bank transfer, in the order you choose.

  • An invoice gets its payment link by itself and a QR code on its PDF, and shows Paid as soon as a stablecoin payment arrives.
  • USDC and USDT go straight to your own wallet on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, Tron or Solana.
  • Add your bank details once, in your country’s format. Payers see them with Copy buttons and the reference to quote, and you mark each transfer received in one click.
  • Shops take the ways you turn on in Settings → Payments, in your order, including cash or another way you describe.
  • Ask for a deposit on a quote, then create the invoice with the deposit already taken off.
  • Create a payment link for any amount from New or Payments, or let the payer enter the amount.
  • Create receipt fills in a receipt for a paid invoice.
See and revoke your links in one place

Links, in the sidebar, lists the links you made to your documents, notes, spreadsheets, invoices, contracts and shops, and the signing requests you sent from this browser, with each link’s name, access and expiry. Revoke one with a click, or all of a file’s links at once.

  • Search by file or link name, and filter by kind or by active and expired links. With a filter on, Revoke shown revokes only the links you can see.
  • Copy a shop’s customer link again straight from the list.
  • Revoking a signing request’s links cancels the request, as Cancel request does in Signatures.
Sign Word files

Drop a Word document (.docx) on Sign and it opens ready to prepare for signing, just like a PDF. It is converted to PDF in your browser.

  • Headers, logos, numbered clauses, tables and Cyrillic text come through as they look in Word.
  • Older .doc files need saving as .docx in Word first.
Back up a shop with 12 words

Every shop can now be saved as 12 backup words, like a wallet phrase. Enter them at uniport.sh/restore on any device to get the shop back as its owner, with or without an account.

  • A new shop opens on its backup words: copy them, download them, or write them down.
  • Make new words or see when you last backed up in Settings → Backup, or from ⋯ → Back up shop. New words replace the old ones.
  • Restore by typing the words, just the first four letters of each, or by opening the downloaded file. Most typos are caught before anything is sent.
  • Forgot a shop’s owner password? Choose Use backup words on the password screen, then set a new password in Settings.
  • Your account recovery key now also shows as 24 words, and Reset your password accepts either.

See every design on the homepage

The homepage shows each invoice design on its page, downloads that invoice as a PDF, and starts a new invoice or contract in the design you pick.

The assistant edits as you ask, and keeps your chat

Type what you want and the assistant thinks it through and changes the file, with no Apply or Skip along the way.

  • After each request, one line says what changed, with Undo and Show in file. Type “undo that” to put the last change back at once, and again to step back to the change before.
  • It reads the whole file, or the outline and the part around your cursor in a very long one, and knows today’s date, your time zone and what you have selected.
  • It tidies what it writes without being asked: names and companies in proper case, Ltd or LLC in their usual form, lowercase emails, phone numbers and addresses laid out for their country.
  • It fills in what it can tell, such as GBP and 20% VAT for “120 quid plus vat” or a due date from “due in 2 weeks”, and says what it assumed. Where tax depends on the state or city, as US sales tax does, it leaves the rate for you.
  • Your chats are kept in this browser for each file. Open a file again within eight hours to carry on, or pick an earlier chat from the list, and Undo still works after a reload.
  • It asks once, at the end, only before deleting a sheet that has values, removing most of a file, or changing what a shop’s customers see: prices, what they can order, discount codes, paid orders, and how they pay or get in touch.
  • A long request that stops at a limit keeps what it did, and Continue picks it up.
Invoices and contracts in every script

Invoices and contracts now print names, addresses and text in Cyrillic, Greek, Vietnamese, Hebrew, Arabic, Thai, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and more, in type that matches each design.

  • A Serbian, Greek or Japanese client name prints as written instead of as empty boxes.
  • Where a design’s own typeface has the letters, it uses them; otherwise a matching face fills in.
  • Files in Latin letters only load nothing extra and print exactly as before.
Contracts keep what you sent, and invoices are quicker to fill in

A contract sent for signing keeps the exact wording its links carry, and invoices and contracts open faster with their page and fields in place.

  • Once you create signing links, a contract shows “Sent for signing” with the date, and its wording, parties and terms stay as sent. Choose Edit again to change it.
  • Details shows amounts exactly as the PDF prints them, such as £2,550.50.
  • New invoices are dated today and named after their number or client until you rename them.
  • Press Tab to move along an invoice line, and Add item puts you straight into the new line.
  • Invoices and contracts open faster, with the page and Details in place at once.
  • A logo that can’t be drawn is left off a contract instead of stopping its pages.
Contracts set like a signed agreement

New contracts open on their pages in one of eleven designs, with the parties, key terms and clauses in Details beside them.

  • Choose a design such as Helvetica Nera, Chancery or Brief, which opens with a summary of the key terms, and A4, Letter or Legal paper.
  • Change a clause’s wording, reset it to the standard text, move it, or add an optional or custom clause.
  • Dates, fees, the governing law and the other key terms fill in every clause that uses them.
  • Download PDF sits beside Share, and Sign opens signing with each party’s signature, name and date already placed.
  • Contracts made before today open as they always have.
Seven invoice designs, on the page as it prints

Invoices, quotes, credit notes, purchase orders, receipts and remittance advice open on their page in the design you choose, with the fields in Details beside it.

  • Choose Vienna, Helvetica Nera, Tiefletter Gold, Monoline, Boutique, Studio or Ledger from Design above the page, or when you create the file. Point at a design to see it before you choose.
  • Switch between A4 and Letter from the same place.
  • Add your logo in Details.
  • Download the PDF with ⌘⇧S (Ctrl+Shift+S), and print the exact pages with ⌘P.
  • New invoices start in your currency and paper size.
  • Amounts in rupees, won, baht, pesos, dong and shekels print their sign.
  • Agents and the assistant can change the design, paper and logo.
Notes keep up with fast typing

A note no longer stops with an error when you type fast, hold a key down or receive a burst of someone else’s changes.

  • The link button in a note’s toolbar opens Insert link, the same dialog as Insert > Link and Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac).
Sepia pictures look the same in Word

A picture set to Sepia in a document now opens in Word with Word’s own Sepia, so it looks the same in both.

Clicks land where you click, even on a busy computer

In a document, a click puts the cursor where you clicked even when someone else’s change arrives at the same moment.

  • On a slow or busy computer, clicking into a table cell or a paragraph while others edit no longer leaves the cursor where it was before.
Invoice PDFs in a real design, one click away

Invoices, quotes, credit notes, purchase orders, receipts and remittance advice now download as typeset PDFs in the Vienna design, from the Download PDF button beside Share.

  • Download PDF sits beside Share on invoices and on Documents, so a PDF is one click away.
  • The PDF is laid out like a printed invoice: your business and your client side by side, dates, a clean items table, tax by rate and a large total, named after the invoice number.
  • Receipts and remittance advice list the invoices a payment covers and what is left unallocated.
  • A blank line in the items, or a currency not yet chosen, no longer stops the download.
  • The PDF is made on your device, so an encrypted invoice stays encrypted.
Pictures in headers, several at once, and contracts made by agents

Pictures now show in headers and footers and keep their colour changes in Word downloads, you can add several at once, and contracts made by agents look like the ones you make yourself.

  • A picture in a header or footer shows on every page, and in print and PDF downloads.
  • Grayscale, sepia, transparency, brightness and contrast are kept when you download a document as Word and when you upload it again.
  • Insert > Image > Upload from computer takes several pictures at once; they go in in the order you chose them, and one undo takes them all out.
  • Comments whose text was deleted are kept when you download a document as Word.
  • A contract made with uniport.mjs or the assistant has the same title, party table and page numbers as one made with New contract.
  • An old tab that needs a reload now shows only the reload message.
Documents in Uniport’s own look

Documents now look like the rest of Uniport: the same title row, menus, toolbar and colours as spreadsheets.

  • A document’s title row is a spreadsheet’s: the file name with its star, then status, people, history, comments and Share, each in the same place.
  • The toolbar’s dropdowns, colour buttons and Editing switch look and behave like a spreadsheet’s.
  • Pages sit on Uniport’s warm background, and selected text and comments are marked in Uniport’s yellows.
  • Selected table cells look like selected cells in a spreadsheet.
  • The page number lives in the status bar at the bottom, no longer in a box over the pages.
  • On phones, documents skip the ruler, and the title and Share button look the same as a spreadsheet’s.
Pages break where they print

Documents break pages in the same places on screen, in print and in PDF, with long tables and footnotes too.

  • Pages with links, highlights or comments no longer run past the bottom of the page.
  • A long table splits across pages under its repeated header row instead of jumping to the next page and leaving a gap.
  • Footnotes stay at the foot of their page, and PDFs no longer print a stray “Footnote” label.
  • Cells in a table that runs across pages keep their alignment.
  • Pages settle in their place straight after a document opens, also in Safari.
A status bar for Documents

The bar along the bottom of a Document shows where you are and how long it is, and switches views and zoom in one click.

  • See “Page 3 of 12” as you type or scroll, and click it to jump to any page.
  • See the word count, or “56 of 1,234 words” with text selected; click it for the full Word count.
  • Switch between Print layout, Print layout off and Pageless, or fit the page to the window’s width.
  • Zoom with −, +, the slider, or a menu of sizes from 50% to 200%.
  • On a phone the bar keeps the page, the word count and the zoom.
Pictures in documents

Add, resize, turn and crop pictures in a document; in encrypted documents they are encrypted on your device before they are saved.

  • Insert > Image > Upload from computer, paste a screenshot or a copied picture, or drag picture files into the page.
  • Pictures copied from Google Docs and from other Uniport documents come with the text.
  • Drag the corners to resize (hold Shift to stretch), drag the round handle to turn, and double-click to crop.
  • Put a picture on its own line with Break text, or keep it in line with the text.
  • Image options sets the exact size, angle, transparency, brightness, contrast and grayscale or sepia.
  • Replace image swaps the picture and keeps its size, and Reset image undoes size, crop and adjustments.
  • Add alt text with Ctrl+Alt+Y (⌘⌥Y on a Mac); it goes into PDF and Word downloads.
  • Everyone in the document sees the same pictures, and pictures appear in PDF and Word downloads.
Documents fit your phone and keep your place

Documents fit a phone’s screen, stay still when someone else sorts a table, break pages the same way in Safari as in Chrome, and draw their ruler and table controls in Uniport’s own colours.

  • On a phone, the whole page fits the screen width, and nothing scrolls sideways.
  • When a collaborator sorts a table you are reading, the rows rearrange in place and your view stays where it was.
  • Pages in Safari now end at the same line as in Chrome, with no extra room left at the bottom of a page.
  • In Safari, the Up arrow on the first line of a page moves to the last line of the page before, and colours picked in Table properties apply.
  • The ruler, table handles and table menus use the same colours as the rest of Uniport.

Word round trips keep your formatting and suggestions

A Document downloaded as a Word file and uploaded again comes back with its table, paragraph and cell formatting and with each suggestion as one card.

  • Table border colours and styles, cell padding and column widths look the same in Word and come back unchanged.
  • Paragraph spacing such as 1.03 or 1.08 lines comes back exactly.
  • A suggestion that spans several paragraphs, or rows added together, stays one suggestion.
  • Suggested paragraph breaks, from pressing Enter or Backspace while suggesting, open in Word as tracked changes and come back as suggestions.
Documents look like the rest of Uniport

Documents now share the menus, toolbar and dialogs of notes and spreadsheets, and every action has the same name and icon in all three.

  • The menu bar, menus and toolbar in Documents use the same sizes, colours and icons as notes and spreadsheets.
  • Page setup, Find and replace, Word count and the other Documents dialogs end with Cancel and a dark main button, like every other dialog.
  • On phones, the Documents menu bar and toolbar stay on one row and scroll sideways, with arrows at the ends.
  • Comments, suggestions, version history and the header and footer controls in Documents use the same buttons and colours as the rest of Uniport.
  • Tools > Prepare for signing, Tools > People and activity and Help > Privacy & sharing are named as they are everywhere else.
Documents that work like Google Docs

New documents open on pages with the menus, toolbar and keyboard shortcuts you know from Google Docs.

  • Set paper size, margins and orientation in File > Page setup, and see your document page by page with a ruler, or switch to Pageless.
  • Format with heading styles, fonts, lists, tables, headers, footers and page numbers, and find any command with Search the menus (Alt+/).
  • Comment in the margin, suggest edits for others to accept or reject, and go back through version history.
  • Download as Word, PDF, web page, plain text or Markdown, and open a Word or Markdown file from File > Open.
  • Your existing documents are now notes and work as before; New > Note makes more. Convert a note with Search the menus: Convert to document.
One File menu in notes and spreadsheets

File > New in notes and spreadsheets lists everything the New button makes, and opens it in a new tab.

  • Comment on a note from Insert > Comment, and change the name people see from Tools > Your display name.
  • Notes no longer have a footer; Tools > Word count counts their words.
  • A spreadsheet’s assistant switch and Your display name are in Tools.
  • On a phone, ⋯ opens Comments, People and activity and the assistant in every kind of file.
  • The sidebar marks Settings and Updates while they are open.
One look across notes, spreadsheets and dialogs

Menus, toolbars, side panels, buttons and dialogs look and read the same in every part of Uniport.

  • Notes use the app’s fonts and colors, a flat toolbar that starts with Search the menus, and Google’s names for styles and lists.
  • Notes and spreadsheets share one menu bar, and each action has the same name in the menus and in Search the menus.
  • Comments, People and activity, Contract and the assistant open at one width with one header.
  • Settings and Updates open beside the sidebar, and every dialog ends with Cancel and its main action on the right.
A menu bar for invoices, and copies in their own tab

Invoices, quotes and receipts have File, Tools and Help menus, like notes and spreadsheets.

  • Make a copy, Make an encrypted copy and a copy of an earlier version open in a new tab, and the file you were in stays open.
  • Search the menus uses the menus’ names: Hide the menus for focus mode, and Prepare for signing under Tools.
  • A file shows its menu bar and toolbar while it opens, so the page no longer jumps when the editor appears.
Link names stay private, and fewer false notes under answers

Names you give sharing links in encrypted files are encrypted on your device, and the assistant flags far fewer correct answers.

  • Link names in encrypted files, such as “Design team”, are encrypted before they leave your browser; names saved earlier are encrypted the next time you open the file.
  • Rename a sharing link from its row in Share.
  • “Finish the rest” and “Recheck the figures” now appear only when something is missing, wrong or made up.
  • A slow check no longer holds a change for Apply.
One New menu for every kind of file

New in the sidebar opens a menu: Document, Spreadsheet, Contract, Invoice, Shop or a template.

  • The same menu sits above your files, and the workspace cards and Search the menus use the same names and icons.
A faster assistant that gets on with it

The assistant does what you ask straight away, with sensible defaults, and usually answers in about ten seconds.

  • Ask it to organise, tidy or total a sheet and it does it, keeping your notes and the values you typed.
  • Say yes to something it suggested and it carries it out.
  • A tax or other rate it needs goes in its own labelled cell, so you can change it.
  • Its reply says in a sentence or two what it changed, and only what it changed.
Spreadsheet menus that work like Google Sheets

Import, download and copy from the File menu, open any menu from the keyboard, and find every command where Google Sheets puts it.

  • Import Excel, CSV, TSV and text files from File > Import: into a new spreadsheet, new sheets, the current sheet, below your data or at the selected cell.
  • Download as Excel, OpenDocument, PDF, a web page, CSV or TSV from File > Download.
  • Open the File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Data, Tools and Help menus from the keyboard: Ctrl+Option+F on a Mac, Alt+F or Alt+Shift+F elsewhere.
  • Right-click menus, Paste special and the insert and delete menus work as in Google Sheets.
  • Set any currency or date and time format from Format > Number.
  • Print with any paper size, custom margins, fit to height or page, and page numbers, title, sheet name and date on each page.
Google Docs menus, Word downloads and fuller formatting in notes

Notes have Google Docs’ menu bar, formatting and downloads.

  • File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Tools and Help sit above the toolbar with Google Docs’ items and order. Open them from the keyboard as in Google Docs: Alt+F for File, Alt+O for Format and so on (Ctrl+Option+F on a Mac).
  • Download a note as Microsoft Word, PDF, plain text, a web page or Markdown from File > Download. Colors, fonts, headings, lists, checklists and tables look the same in each.
  • Type /toc for a table of contents that updates as you write. Click an entry to jump to that heading; in a PDF it lists page numbers.
  • On a wide screen, the note’s headings appear as an outline beside the text. Click one to jump to it.
  • Choose any text or highlight color, font, size and line spacing, add superscript and subscript, use Title and Subtitle styles, and copy formatting with paint format.
  • Count words and characters in the whole note or your selection with ⌘⇧C or Ctrl+Shift+C.
  • Add special characters, emoji, toggle lists, checklists and code blocks from the / menu, and checklists and code blocks from the toolbar.
  • Insert > Markdown file adds a Markdown file at the cursor. View > Zoom sets the page from 50% to 200%, and File > Version history > Save a checkpoint keeps a version to go back to.
  • Printing keeps highlights and colored backgrounds.
  • A tab opened before this update asks you to reload instead of saving over the new formatting. What you typed stays on screen and on this device, and saves after you reload.
  • Agents using an old copy of uniport.mjs are told to download the latest one.
A rebuilt assistant, now in invoices and shops

The assistant works in documents, spreadsheets, invoices, quotes, receipts and shops, with a clearer panel.

  • Press Enter to send and Shift+Enter for a new line; the box grows as you type.
  • See each step while it works, then open the list of what it read and changed.
  • A change that waits for you shows its before and after. In spreadsheets, undo a request’s changes or jump to them from the reply.
  • In invoices, quotes and receipts it adds and changes lines, dates, parties and notes. Removed lines, changed amounts and new discounts wait for you to apply them.
  • In a shop’s manager it changes stock, prices, products, settings, discount codes and order status. Price changes, removals, payment details and orders marked paid wait for you to apply them, and Undo puts the shop back.
  • Press ⌘⇧K (Ctrl+Shift+K) to open the assistant or return to it. Start a new conversation from its header, and drag its edge to make it wider.
  • Retry or continue a request that didn’t finish, and copy any reply.
  • Standard files no longer ask before the first request; encrypted files and shops ask once, in the panel.
  • Questions that aren’t about the open file get an answer too.
Spreadsheets that work like Google Sheets

Charts, notes, borders, fonts and hundreds more functions, with Google Sheets’ menus and shortcuts.

  • Import and download from the File menu, as in Google Sheets: Excel, CSV, TSV and PDF, plus Print with ⌘P or Ctrl+P.
  • Insert a chart from your data, change it in the side panel, and download it as an image.
  • Add notes to cells, pick fonts and sizes in points, and draw borders in any color and line style, merged cells included.
  • Use 488 functions, including LET, LAMBDA, QUERY, INDIRECT and OFFSET; dates and amounts keep their format in results.
  • Sort by several columns, shuffle rows, see the sum or average of a selection, and zoom from 50% to 200%.
  • Every color menu uses Google’s palette and remembers your custom colors.
  • A total keeps a row you inserted inside its range when the range’s first or last row is deleted.

The assistant and AI drafting work again

Requests that stopped with “AI has reached its credit limit” go through again.

  • Shorter, plainer wording across shops, checkout, sharing, file status and settings.
  • The homepage fits the narrowest phones without scrolling sideways.
An assistant in documents and spreadsheets

Ask about the open file, or tell the assistant what to change.

  • Press Assistant at the top of a document or spreadsheet (in the file menu on a phone), or type a request in the command palette (Alt+/) and choose Ask AI.
  • In a spreadsheet it can add rows and totals, fill, sort and format cells, and add sheets, filters and dropdowns. In a document it can write sections, lists and tables, rewrite passages and add comments.
  • It shows what it read. Everything it changed for one request undoes with one ⌘Z or Ctrl+Z.
  • Before a change that replaces or removes your content, breaks a formula or adds a link, it shows you the change and waits for you to apply it.
  • You need to be signed in.
  • People with a view link can ask questions about the file.
  • Owners can turn the assistant off for a file from the file menu.
  • The command palette also lists the open file’s actions: share, make a copy, download, version history, rename, star and the side panels.
Large pastes sync reliably

Pasting a big block of data into a sheet or document no longer stops the file from saving and syncing for everyone in it.

  • Save a checkpoint, Make a copy and Prepare for signing wait for large pending changes instead of asking you to reconnect.
Search every menu, open any file, hide the menus

Find and run commands from the keyboard, as you do in Google Docs and Sheets.

  • Alt+/ (Option+/ on a Mac), or Search the menus in the sidebar, finds a command by name and runs it. Recent commands come first.
  • ⌘O or Ctrl+O opens any file you’ve used in this browser by typing part of its name.
  • ⌘⇧F or Ctrl+Shift+F hides the menus and side panels so only your document or sheet is on screen. Press it again to bring them back.
Shorter sharing links and hidden recovery keys

Links fit on one line in a chat, and your recovery key no longer shows on screen until you ask for it.

  • Sharing links are now about 65 characters instead of 150, with the same 256-bit protection. Links you already shared keep working.
  • Shop customer links are short too, including links with a discount code.
  • Recovery keys show as dots until you press the eye button, and hide again when you switch windows, so a screen share or recording doesn’t catch them. Copy works without revealing the key.
  • Password fields use the same eye button.
  • A dot in the sidebar marks updates you haven’t seen.

Shop rules, passwords and a list view

Set discounts, fees and delivery charges once, and every price in your shop follows them.

  • Add rules based on the subtotal or the number of items: a discount, a fee, or a minimum order.
  • Charge delivery per item, or make it free over an amount.
  • Require a password to open your shop as well as its link, and add an owner password to your owner link.
  • Feature products at the top of your shop and list the rest under category headings.
  • Show products as a grid or a list; customers can switch. When a discount applies, the old price shows struck through.
  • Import a full catalogue with up to 100 photos.
  • A discount code a customer typed stays after a reload, and one checkout sends one order, even offline.
AI agents can work on your files

Give an agent a file’s link and it can read and edit the file from its own computer, with the same encryption as your browser.

  • Agents read and edit documents, change spreadsheet cells, formulas and sheets, and update invoices and quotes.
  • With an owner link, an agent can set up and run a shop: products, photos, rules, codes and orders.
  • Agents can list saved versions and restore one, so a bad edit can be undone.
  • The API docs start with a guide for AI agents.

Shops

List products, share a private link and take orders for pickup or delivery. Orders are encrypted so only you can read them.

  • Create and run a shop without an account; your owner link opens it.
  • Take payment in USDC on Base, or another way, such as cash.
  • Add product photos.
  • Create customer links and discount codes, and revoke a link.
  • Let customers ask you to contact them instead of publishing a chat link.
  • Set a minimum order, or a minimum quantity for a product.
  • Preview your shop as customers see it.
Filters, conditional formatting and Excel files

Filter, color and clean up data, and open and save Excel files.

  • Filter columns from their headers.
  • Color cells by rules or color scales, and band rows with alternating colors.
  • Import Excel files, and download every sheet as one Excel file.
  • Find and replace with match case, whole-cell matching, regular expressions and formulas, across all sheets.
  • Drag the fill handle to continue numbers, dates, months and weekdays.
  • Remove duplicates, trim whitespace and split text into columns from the Data menu.
  • Copy formatting with paint format, total a range with Σ, and insert today’s date with ⌘/Ctrl+;.
  • Formula errors explain what went wrong in plain words.
  • Google Sheets keyboard shortcuts work, and functions behave as they do in Google Sheets.
Safer sharing and recovery

More control over who can open a file, and more ways back when something goes wrong.

  • Owners can reset the owner link and delete a file for everyone.
  • Version history marks saved checkpoints and says how many are kept.
  • Each person in a file appears with their own name and color.
  • Your recovery key is separate from your workspace key, and you can replace it in Settings.
  • Uniport won’t open an encrypted file if the server returns an unencrypted copy.
  • Downloaded CSV and Excel files can’t carry formulas that run when opened.

Spreadsheets with several sheets

Build a whole workbook in one file.

  • Add, rename, color, reorder and duplicate sheets; formulas can use cells on other sheets.
  • Name a range and use the name in formulas.
  • Add checkboxes, switches and dropdowns, with rules that reject or flag invalid entries.
  • Format numbers as currency, percentages or dates, or with your own format code.
  • Formula suggestions and argument hints appear as you type.

Contracts, invoices and signatures

Draft business documents from templates and send them for signature.

  • Start a contract from a template (NDA, consulting, services, MSA, statement of work, loan) and fill in its fields.
  • Describe what you need and AI fills in the fields; in an open contract, Ask AI proposes changes for you to review.
  • Create invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes and purchase orders.
  • Upload a PDF, place signature fields and send each signer a link.

Uniport documents and spreadsheets

Write documents and spreadsheets with others in real time. Your browser encrypts new files before upload.

  • Share edit or view links, set an expiry date, and revoke them.
  • Comment on selected text, see who is in the file, and open an earlier version as a copy.
  • Create an account to keep your file list on every device; a recovery key resets your password.
  • Import Markdown; download Markdown, HTML or PDF.
  • Build formulas by clicking and dragging over cells, including on phones.
  • Send a document to Uniport Sign as a PDF.
