Uniport, at uniport.sh, and Uniport Sign, at sign.uniport.sh, are run by Paperfoot AI Pte. Ltd., Singapore (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms. Privacy & sharing says what we can and can’t see. These terms apply from 10 October 2026.
You can use much of Uniport without an account. To make one, you must be at least 13 and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. Keep your password and recovery key private: they unlock your encrypted workspace, and without them we can’t restore it. You’re responsible for what happens through your account, your API keys and the apps you connect to it.
What you make and upload stays yours. You let us store it, sync it and send it where you ask, only to run Uniport for you. End-to-end encrypted files reach us only encrypted, with keys we never receive. Standard files, PDFs you send for signing and what you send to AI drafting or the assistant are readable by our servers, as Privacy & sharing describes. Anyone who has a sharing link can use it, so share links only with the people you mean.
Uniport Sign records each signer’s name, signature, consent and time on the signed PDF. Whether an electronic signature suits your document is for you to decide. AI drafting, the assistant and AI apps you connect can be wrong: check what they write before you send, sign or rely on it.
When you connect an app such as Claude or ChatGPT at uniport.sh/mcp, it acts for you with the access you allow on Uniport’s sign-in screen, and what it reads goes to that app under its own terms. Disconnect it in Settings › API keys at any time.
Uniport is free to use. Uniport Pro is a subscription billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. It renews until you cancel in Settings › Plan, and Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel Pro before you delete your account.
Payments your clients make through Uniport go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account, your wallet or your bank. We take no fee and never hold the money. Refunds, taxes and disputes are between you and your customer.
Don’t use Uniport to:
We may turn off a link, a shop, a payments profile or an account that breaks these terms, and we will when the law requires it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Security. That deletes its sign-in, sessions, saved file list and the files it owns. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
We work to keep Uniport running and your files safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will never fail. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can’t be limited.
When these terms change, we post the new version here with its date. Using Uniport after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions go to Support.
