- What does Pro add?
- Unlimited signature sends from ChatGPT and Claude, API keys for your own agents, 300 assistant requests a month instead of 20, and 50 times the encrypted storage.
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. Everything Uniport makes is free, and so is every signature, payment and order your clients make.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. Signers, payers and shop customers never pay Uniport and never need an account, and Uniport takes no fee on payments.
- Can Uniport read my files?
- Not your encrypted ones. Your browser encrypts them before they reach Uniport, and our servers never see the key. Only you hold the key.
- What counts as a request?
- Each message you send to the assistant is one request, however many changes it makes. Writing, signing, sending and selling by hand never count.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Press Cancel Pro in Settings › Plan, and Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your files stay yours and stay free to use, the assistant goes back to 20 requests a month, and your API keys pause until Pro is back.
